It was very interesting to learn how they approach/think about the integrated customer experience from arrival to departure! I’d be curious t o know about how much customer data do they manage to collect and if they leverage on it in order to generate loyalty and potentially mitigate seasonality?
Very interesting business! I wonder how strong/important are the relationship of rent the runway with brands? and if they ever tried to strike agreements with them to lock in cheaper supplies

Also following the Yoox / NAP merger, what is your opiiion regarding the positioning f Yoox and the outnet, do you see the two of them as competitors?
