Leigh Philips

Leigh advances practical strategies that help working Americans build financial stability at the household level and advocates for an equitable economy at the systemic level. Following a decade in San Francisco City Hall, she is currently president and CEO of SaverLife, a nonprofit fintech addressing America’s savings crisis. Leigh was named a finalist in Harvard’s 2015 “Innovations in American Government” awards for leading the first universal and automatic college savings program for public school children, Kindergarten to College.
