Speaker Bio: Ohchan Kwon is a doctoral student in the Technology and Operations Management (TOM) unit at Harvard Business School. He is broadly interested in the economics of innovation and entrepreneurship, and particularly in the antecedents and consequences of various career choices made by scientists and engineers.
