Government Goes Digital

It hardly needs mentioning that tech endeavors within the public sector have historically been lagging. (Is it still too soon to talk about healthcare.gov?) But increasingly governments – particularly city governments – are answering the call for digital transformation. From innovative new positions (e.g. Chief Data Officers) to creative adaptations of urban data, Civic Tech is gradually coming into its own.
