What food trucks can teach us about IT


  • It may sound obvious, but it’s best to talk with users before developing technologies they don't want — or need.

When the City of Boston wanted to develop some new technology, they discovered that the location of food trucks was the most popular content on their website. However, they wisely engaged in some deep research before investing large amounts of money and time on a tech solution that their users didn’t need.
